  　　安裝前須知：  

       

  　　1、在安裝板材時，材料必須使其達到室溫標準并維持穩定的溫度。材料不得安裝于和正常使用場所極為不同之溫度的地點。  

       

  　　2、防火板裝飾平板及天花板屬于室內裝修產品，設計用于一般正常使用空間在15℃-30℃度安裝，相對濕度不可超過70%。所有石膏、水泥、磨石子或其他潮濕性的工程都必須放置妥當。在安裝之前，進行中或完成后，暖氣通風及冷空調系統都得先行安裝妥及可使用，以便維持正常的溫度。  

       

  　　3、建議勿使用保溫材料覆蓋于天花板或以天花板支撐保溫材料。在高相對濕度狀態下，如天花板承受附加重量，可能導致天花板下陷。若工程確需用如此之保溫材料，必須用于正常使用環境(溫度15℃-30℃，相對濕度最高達到70%)其保溫材料之重量限制為最高不得超過1.269kg/m2，惟有卷裝保溫材料可被使用。而且務必垂直安裝于骨架支點中，以支撐保溫材料重量。    

       

  　　接下來介紹一般的防火板材裝修流程  

       

  　　1.基層處理  將基層表面灰塵、水泥余漿清理干凈，將額外突起處剔除。  

       

  　　2.將墻面整體涂刷一遍界面劑  

       

  　　3.檢查墻體平整度時，如遇墻面凹凸超過20mm以上，須抹灰找平和剔鑿處理(由總包方負責)  

       

  　　4.如墻面有陶粒磚，加氣塊的地方，須由總包方用1：3的水泥砂漿加一層12.7×12.7mm的熱鍍鋅鋼絲網做找平，厚度不小于15mm。  

       

  　　5.貼板前在墻面找一至高點放垂直線和平行線(凹凸處經甲方同意可用異形板進行施工)。  

       

  　　6.粘貼方法用框條粘貼法粘貼，粘貼砂漿面積不得少于50%-70%(如外墻粘磚的話，粘貼砂漿不得少于60%-80%,還必須用12.7×12.7mm的熱鍍鋅鋼絲網加固)。  

       

  　　7.門洞、窗洞、女兒墻須按翻包粘貼法粘貼，粘貼板材時門窗角必須將板材切割成刀把型進行粘貼。板材兩邊長度不得小于300mm。另外門、窗洞口四周附加一層45°角耐堿玻纖網格布(200×400mm)。  

       

  　　8.固定錨固件時先用電錘打眼，打眼深度不得小于基層40mm，固定時必須用電動手槍鉆將錨栓鋼螺釘擰進，不得用鎯頭直接敲入，錨栓數量每平方米不低于5-6個。  

       

  　　9.抹抗裂砂漿時厚度不得小于4mm，后將玻纖網格布輕壓在抗裂砂漿表面，再用2米杠尺在玻纖網格布面上將不平整和多余的抗裂砂漿抹去或刮平，最后再薄抹一層罩面砂漿，厚度不得少于2mm.(注：抗裂砂漿低于4mm，就有可能顯現保溫板的痕跡（以上方法僅供參考，具體需按照實際需求調整）  

       

  　　最后，防火板的保養也是非常關鍵的一個程序，在裝修好防火板材之后。日常保養過程延續了防火板的壽命和使用安全。防火板的維護保養其實非常簡單，大家在清潔的時候一定不要使用太過于粗糙的東西，特別是鋼絲球絕對不能用來清潔防火板，否則很容易劃傷防火板影響美觀，我們只需要用棉布清洗就行。  

  

    

  　　1、掛式推拉門由于先裝軌道盒再貼磚，外露式軌道盒與磚交接處不好處理，給施工帶來一定的難度。由于軌道承受了一定的壓力，磚也受力，時間一久，容易導致軌道旁的磚開裂。另外，如果在廚房衛生間等空間內，軌道盒處容易藏污納垢，油煙積灰等落在上面，給打掃衛生帶來麻煩。  

       

  　　2、推拉門上部的軌道盒尺寸要保證在高12厘米，寬9厘米。像窗簾盒一樣，軌道盒內安裝軌道，可以將推拉門懸掛在軌道上。如今大多數門或門洞的高度是1.95至2.15米。經驗表明，當門的高度低于1.95米時，不管人的身高是多少，都會感覺很壓抑，不舒服。因此，在做推拉門時，高度最少要在195+12=207厘米以上，有足夠空間做軌道盒才可以考慮做推拉門。否則只能是外部懸掛，即軌道盒露在外面，肯定不美觀，而且時間一久，門與墻面的縫隙會變大。  

       

  　　3、推拉門的寬度有講究。正常門的黃金尺寸在80厘米×200厘米左右，在這種結構下，門是相對穩定的。如果有高于200厘米的高度，甚至更高的情況下做推拉門，最好在面積保持不變的前提下，將門的寬度縮窄或多做幾扇推拉門，保持門的穩定和使用安全性。  

       

  　　4、慎用由落地到頂的推拉門(明吊軌道盒)。由于推拉時擺動幅度過大，時間一長推拉門容易變形，變形后門就無法開啟，也就意味著不可修復和無法使用。  

       

  　　5、由于滑動門與墻壁或柜體兩側接觸，因此，在接觸的位置不要有其它的物件阻擋滑動門的關閉。比如柜體內抽屜的位置要避開推拉門相交處，且要高于底板至少1cm;折門柜體內的抽屜距側壁至少15cm此處還要特別注意墻上的電源開關和插座，若阻擋了滑動門的關閉，應改動開關和插座的位置。  

       

  　　6、無論您做任何材料的地面，都要保證水平，門洞的四壁也要保持水平和垂直。否則門在安裝完成后會出現歪斜的現象?？烧{節的誤差不大于10mm。  

       

  　　7、在安裝位置請不要安裝踢角線，石膏線可安裝在壁柜上方的封板上，若門直接到頂則不要安裝石膏線。  

       

  　　8、5毫米厚度以下的地毯將所在位置的地毯裁掉直接粘貼下軌。5毫米厚度以上的地毯如安裝雙軌可直接用螺絲固定在地毯上：如安裝單軌則必須將所在位置的地毯裁掉,將地毯處事先放置3-5毫米厚的木條，以便將單軌直接粘貼在上面。  

       

  　　9、木地板與瓷磚的結合處,這種情況大多出現在陽臺與客廳以及臥室和客廳之間,解決辦法如下：1、盡量將下軌安裝在一種材料上。2、將兩種材料中間另加一條與下軌同寬的木板或大理石。廚房部位也可用門檻石。
