  　　2、調配干粉膩子時為了達到充分攪拌均勻，必須用電動攪拌器攪拌。先攪拌5—10分鐘，然后靜置5分鐘，再攪拌5分鐘這一過程叫熟化(待干粉乳液完全溶漲后，對施工和成膜有幫助)，其目的是確保漿料無結粒、消除因攪拌產生的氣泡。  

       

  　　3、外墻膩子需要進行澆水保養，一般是用滾筒蘸水涂刷或用灑水槍、水管將水灑在膩子層面上，有條件的最好多保養幾天，每天多澆幾遍水(特別是干燥天氣，吸水量特別大)，這樣有利于進一步固化，滿足高硬度要求。  

       

  　　4、調配好的膩子，最好能在1小時內使用完畢。如為舊基面，須按表面處理規定清潔處理好基面;對于粉化基面須先用滲透底涂封底。  

       

  　　5、外墻膩子要求足夠的水分才能充分固化，因此對于特別干燥的基面施工前建議用水濕潤。  

       

  　　6、  施工時，剩下的余料(漿料及粉料)請勿倒進下水道，以免堵塞，保持環境衛生。

  　　1、新做的蠶絲被會散發出一股蠶蛹的味道，只需將它放在通風的地方2天就可以了。切不可長期暴露在強光下，一般控制在2個小時，既殺菌又增加保暖性，如果時間太長，會破壞蠶絲，導致變質斷裂。  

       

  　　2、蠶絲被的晾曬環境要求為陽光稍微弱一點、通風良好的條件，不僅可以接受充足的光照，而且不會破壞被芯。  

       

  　　3、蠶絲被的晾曬時間是有規律的，通常每1個月曬1～3次（干燥天曬1次，潮濕天曬2～3天），每次曬2～3小時，一般2小時就夠了，正反兩面都要曬到。時間一般選在上午10或下午3點前后，該段時間陽光不會太強。  

       

  　　4、蠶絲被每次曬好后最好用手輕輕拍打一下，以恢復蓬松感和保暖度，增加被子的使用年限。  

  

    

安裝注意事項：

    

　　由于泥砂漿及石灰的腐蝕性，安裝及裝修期敬請注意勿讓水泥漿附著在不銹板面上，如不小心濺上，請及時用清水沖洗。

    

單門的安裝及校正：

    

　　1、所需工具及材料：沖擊鉆、鐵錘、鋼絲鉗、鉛垂、水平尺、膨脹螺栓M10×100、木片或硬紙片。

    

　　2、測量門洞尺寸是否與門框相符，如果門洞尺寸偏大或者偏小，則應修整以能適應為準。

    

　　3、把不銹鋼門扇取下，將門框放入門洞，用水平尺、鉛錘等工具檢查門框是否擺正放平，必要時加墊木片或硬紙片，在門框安裝孔中套畫孔位置記號，然后取下門框。

    

　　4、用沖擊鉆在已做記號的墻上鉆孔，鉆孔時一定要平正，如有歪斜會直接影響裝門。

    

　　5、將框放入門洞，裝膨脹螺栓，先預緊固中間螺栓，確定平正后再固定其余螺栓。

    

　　6、把門扇套上門框，檢查開關是否靈活，門鎖位置是否準確，若有異常可作進一步調整。

    

　　7、確認無其它問題后，將全部膨脹螺栓緊固，如有條件可將螺母與螺栓焊牢。

    

一框兩門的安裝及校正：

    

　　1、所需工具及材料：沖擊鉆、鐵錘、鋼絲鉗、鉛垂、水平尺、水泥釘M10×80或膨脹螺栓M10×100、木片或硬紙片。

    

　　2、把不銹鋼門扇取下，將門框放入門洞，用水平尺、鉛錘等工具檢查門框是否擺正放平，若不平正，用木片墊平整。

    

　　3、先以內門鉸一側作基準邊，把門框加強筋上的安裝片旋轉至與門框垂直，然后將安裝片折彎用水泥釘或膨脹螺栓固定在墻上。

    

　　4、將內不銹鋼門門扇套上門框，鎖上鎖，在確保平正的情況下，相繼把內門安裝片固定在墻上。

    

　　5、用同樣的方法將柵欄門套上門框，固定好安裝片。

    

　　6、檢查內門、柵欄門開關是否靈活，若有異常可塞木片進一步調整。

    

　　7、在門框與墻之間縫隙處塞木片，使門框較為穩定，然后往門框內灌注水泥砂漿，待水泥砂漿凝固干燥后把門縫外木片取出方可使用門的功能。但在24小時內，應盡量減少開關門次數及力度。
