  　　混凝土，簡稱為“砼(tóng)”，是指由膠凝材料將集料膠結成整體的工程復合材料的統稱，在目前的土木建筑工程，混凝土結構占據了主導地位。  

  　　混凝土由膠凝材料、顆粒狀集料(也稱為骨料)、水以及必要時加入的外加劑和摻合料按一定比例配制，經均勻攪拌，密實成型，養護硬化而成的一種人工石材，具有原料豐富，價格低廉，生產工藝簡單的特點，因而使其用量越來越大。  

  　　同時混凝土還具有抗壓強度高，耐久性好，強度等級范圍寬等特點。這些特點使其使用范圍十分廣泛，不僅在各種土木工程中使用，就是造船業、機械工業、海洋的開發、地熱工程等，混凝土也是重要的材料。  

  　　混凝土的主要原料為水泥、石灰、石膏等無機膠凝材料，與水拌和使混凝土拌合物具有可塑性;進而通過化學和物理化學作用凝結硬化而產生強度。  

  　　一般說來，飲用水都可滿足混凝土拌和用水的要求。水中過量的酸、堿、鹽和有機物都會對混凝土產生有害的影響。集料不僅有填充作用，而且對混凝土的容重、強度和變形等性質有重要影響。  

  　　為改善混凝土的某些性質，可加入外加劑。由于摻用外加劑有明顯的技術經濟效果，它日益成為混凝土不可缺少的組分。為改善混凝土拌合物的和易性或硬化后混凝土的性能，節約水泥，在混凝土攪拌時也可摻入磨細的礦物材料──摻合料，它分為活性和非活性兩類。摻合料的性質和數量，影響混凝土的強度、變形、水化熱、抗滲性和顏色等。  

  　　混凝土種類分類  

  　　一、按膠凝材料  

  　　1、無機膠凝材料混凝土，如水泥混凝土、石膏混凝土、硅酸鹽混凝土、水玻璃混凝土等;  

  　　2、有機膠結料混凝土，如瀝青混凝土、聚合物混凝土等。  

  　　二、按表觀密度  

  　　混凝土按照表觀密度的大小可分為：重混凝土、普通混凝土、輕質混凝土。這三種混凝土不同之處就是骨料的不同。  

  　　重混凝土是表觀密度大于2500Kg/m3;，用特別密實和特別重的集料制成的。如重晶石混凝土、鋼屑混凝土等，它們具有不透x射線和γ射線的性能。普通混凝土即是我們在建筑中常用的混凝土，表觀密度為1950～2500Kg/m3;，集料為砂、石。輕質混凝土是表觀密度小于1950Kg/m3;的混凝土。它由可以分為三類：  

  　　1.輕集料混凝土，其表觀密度在800～1950Kg/m3，輕集料包括浮石、火山渣、陶粒、膨脹珍珠巖、膨脹礦渣、礦渣等。  

  　　2.多空混凝土(泡沫混凝土、加氣混凝土)，其表觀密度是300～1000Kg/m3，泡沫混凝土是由水泥漿或水泥砂漿與穩定的泡沫制成的，加氣混凝土是由水泥、水與發氣劑制成的。  

  　　3.大孔混凝土(普通大孔混凝土、輕骨料大孔混凝土)，其組成中無細集料。  

  　　普通大孔混凝土的表觀密度范圍為1500～1900Kg/m3，是用碎石、軟石、重礦渣作集料配制的。輕骨料大孔混凝土的表觀密度為500～1500Kg/m3，是用陶粒、浮石、碎磚、礦渣等作為集料配制的。  

  　　三、按使用功能  

  　　結構混凝土、保溫混凝土、裝飾混凝土、防水混凝土、耐火混凝土、水工混凝土、海工混凝土、道路混凝土、防輻射混凝土等。  

  　　四、按施工工藝  

  　　離心混凝土、真空混凝土、灌漿混凝土、噴射混凝土、碾壓混凝土、擠壓混凝土、泵送混凝土等。按配筋方式分有：素(即無筋)混凝土、鋼筋混凝土、鋼絲網水泥、纖維混凝土、預應力混凝土等。  

  　　五、按拌合物的和易性  

  　　干硬性混凝土、  半干硬性混凝土、  塑性混凝土、流動性混凝土、高流動性混凝土、流態混凝土等。  

  　　按照《普通混凝土力學性能試驗方法標注》GB/T50081-2002，制作邊長為150mm的立方體在標準養護(溫度20±2)℃、相對濕度在95%以上)條件下，養護至28d齡期，用標準試驗方法測得的極限抗壓強度，稱為混凝土標準立方體抗壓強度，以fcu表示。  

  　　按照GB50010-2010《混凝土結構設計規范》規定，在立方體極限抗壓強度總體分布中，具有95%強度保證率的立方體試件抗壓強度，稱為混凝土立方體抗壓強度標準值(以MPa計)，fcu，k表示。  

  　　按照GB50010-2010《混凝土結構設計規范》規定，普通混凝土劃分為十四個等級，即C15、C20、C25、C30、C35、C40、C45、C50、C55、C60、C65、C70、C75和C80。  

  　　混凝土設計規范依據現行國家標準《工程結構可靠性設計統一標準》GB  50153及《建筑結構可靠度設計統一標準》GB50068的原則制定。本規范是對混凝土結構設計的基本要求，混凝土結構的設計除應符合本規范外，尚應符合國家現行有關標準的規定。  

  　　混凝土的裂縫是不可避免的，其微觀裂縫是本身物理力學性質決定的，但它的有害程度是可以控制的，有害程度的標準是根據使用條件決定的。在修補裂縫前應全面考慮與之相關的各種影響因素，仔細研究產生裂縫的原因，裂縫是否已經穩定，若仍處于發展過程，要估計該裂縫發展的最終狀態。  

  　　混凝土裂縫處理  

  　　1、表面處理法  

  　　表面處理法包括表面涂抹和表面貼補法兩種。表面涂抹適用范圍是漿材難以灌入的細而淺的裂縫，深度未達到鋼筋表面的發絲裂縫，不漏水的縫，不伸縮的裂縫以及不再活動的裂縫。表面貼補(土工膜或其它防水片)法適用于大面積漏水(蜂窩麻面等或不易確定具體漏水位置、變形縫)的防滲堵漏。  

  　　2、填充法  

  　　用修補材料直接填充裂縫，一般用來修補較寬的裂縫(裂縫寬度>0.3mm)，作操作簡單，費用低。寬度小于0.3mm，深度較淺的裂縫、或是裂縫中有充填物，用灌漿法很難達到效果的裂縫、以及小規模裂縫的簡易處理可采取開V型槽，然后作填充處理。  

  　　3、灌漿法  

  　　此法應用范圍廣，從細微裂縫到大裂縫均可適用，處理效果好。  

  　　4、結構補強法  

  　　因超荷載產生的裂縫、裂縫長時間不處理導致的混凝土耐久性降低、火災造成的裂縫等影響結構強度可采取結構補強法。包括斷面補強法、錨固補強法、預應力法等混凝土裂縫處理效果的檢查包括修補材料試驗;鉆心取樣試驗;壓水試驗;壓氣試驗等。  

  　　混凝土強度等級是指混凝土的抗壓強度，強度等級應以混凝土立方體抗壓強度標準值劃分，采用符號C與立方體抗壓強度標準值(以N/mm2;  或  MPa計)表示。  

  　　混凝土的抗壓強度是通過實驗得出的，我國采用邊長為150mm的立方體作為混凝土抗壓強度的標準尺寸試件。用非標準尺寸的試件進行試驗，其結果應乘以折算系數，換算成標準立方體強度：200mm×200mm×200mm的試件，折算系數為1.05;100mm×100mm×100mm的試件，折算系數取0.95。  

  　　普通混凝土強度等級可以劃分為十四個，即：C15，C20，C25，C30，C35，C40，C45，C50，C55，C60，C65，C70，C75，C80。例如，強度等級為C30的混凝土是指30MPa≤fcu,k<35MPa。  

  　　LED燈帶質量識別的技巧  

  　　1.看標簽。正規的LED燈帶包裝袋和卷料盤上面都會有印刷標簽，而不是打印的標簽。  

      2.看LED燈帶表面的清潔度。如果采用SMT工藝生產的LED燈帶，其表面的清潔度非常好，看不到什么雜質和污漬。  

  　　3.看焊點。正規的LED燈帶生產商生產的LED燈帶是采用SMT貼片工藝，用錫膏和回流焊工藝生產的。因此，LED燈帶上的焊點比較光滑而且焊錫量不會多，焊點呈圓弧狀從FPC焊盤處往LED電極處延伸。  

  　　4.看附件。正規的LED燈帶會在包裝箱里面附上使用說明和燈帶規格書，同時還會配備LED燈帶連接器或者是卡座;而山寨版的LED燈帶包裝箱里則沒有這些附件，因為一些廠家畢竟還是能省則省。  

  　　5.看FPC質量。FPC分敷銅和壓延銅兩種，敷銅板的銅箔是凸出來的，細看的話能從焊盤與FPC的連接處看出來。而壓延銅是密切和FPC連為一體的，可以任意彎折而不會出現焊盤脫落現象。敷銅板如果彎折過多就會出現焊盤脫落，維修時溫度過高也會造成焊盤脫落。  

  　　6.看包裝。正規的LED燈帶會采用防靜電卷料盤包裝，一般會5米一卷或者是10米一卷，然后外面再采用防靜電防潮包裝袋密封。而山寨版的LED燈帶會因為節約成本，而采用回收卷料盤，然后沒有防靜電防潮包裝袋，仔細看卷料盤能看出外表有清除標簽時留下的痕跡和劃痕。  

  　　當然最重要的是要知道燈帶只能起到點綴作用不能起到主照明的作用的。其次燈帶都是整米一段的所以該用多少用多少。  而顏色上則可以選擇暖白和月光白，因為燈帶的主要作用就是點綴，所以建議都用暖白的這樣客廳和餐廳點起來的效果就比較溫馨，也更耐看，用月光白的話看久了可能會審美疲勞，如果要清新的效果的話可以考慮用藍光的。扁三和扁四的區別是扁三有2排珠扁四有3排珠，所以最主要的區別還是亮度。如果珠數一樣的那就是長度的區別了。此外，如果要點綴和照明都要有的話則可以安裝T5支架，其價位可能會貴點但是效果不錯。
