  　　一、安裝前準備  

  　　1.切斷電源，確保施工操作安全進行;  

  　　2.整理確認安裝燈具的配套零件是否齊全、完整無缺損;  

  　　3.安裝地燈需要安裝預埋件，用以隔絕LED地燈燈體與土壤，保證燈具的使用壽命。測量預埋件的大小，根據預埋件的外形和尺寸在地面挖好相應的孔，用混凝土將預埋件固定;  

  　　4.地燈的安裝需準備接線裝置，用以連接電源輸入和地燈電源。如果安裝的是LED地燈，為確保地燈的使用壽命，建議采用經過VDE認證(歐洲最有經驗的在世界上享有很高聲譽的認證機構之一)的防水電源線。  

  　　二、地燈安裝  

  　　1.  待基礎凝固后，  用自備的IP68的接線盒將外部電源與燈體電源線連接好;  

  　　2.用螺釘將燈體組件與預埋件固定;  

  　　3.再用螺釘將面板緊固定在燈體組件上;  

  　　4.  確定上述操作無誤后，接通電源。  

  　　1.  地燈如有破損應及時更換，沒有防護外罩的燈具不能使用;  

  　　2.地燈安裝是個整體工程，需由專業人員進行安裝調試，避免出現問題后重新翻工帶來的麻煩和損失。  

  　　混凝土強度等級是指混凝土的抗壓強度，強度等級應以混凝土立方體抗壓強度標準值劃分，采用符號C與立方體抗壓強度標準值(以N/mm2;  或  MPa計)表示。  

  　　混凝土的抗壓強度是通過實驗得出的，我國采用邊長為150mm的立方體作為混凝土抗壓強度的標準尺寸試件。用非標準尺寸的試件進行試驗，其結果應乘以折算系數，換算成標準立方體強度：200mm×200mm×200mm的試件，折算系數為1.05;100mm×100mm×100mm的試件，折算系數取0.95。  

  　　普通混凝土強度等級可以劃分為十四個，即：C15，C20，C25，C30，C35，C40，C45，C50，C55，C60，C65，C70，C75，C80。例如，強度等級為C30的混凝土是指30MPa≤fcu,k<35MPa。  

  　　LED燈帶質量識別的技巧  

  　　1.看標簽。正規的LED燈帶包裝袋和卷料盤上面都會有印刷標簽，而不是打印的標簽。  

      2.看LED燈帶表面的清潔度。如果采用SMT工藝生產的LED燈帶，其表面的清潔度非常好，看不到什么雜質和污漬。  

  　　3.看焊點。正規的LED燈帶生產商生產的LED燈帶是采用SMT貼片工藝，用錫膏和回流焊工藝生產的。因此，LED燈帶上的焊點比較光滑而且焊錫量不會多，焊點呈圓弧狀從FPC焊盤處往LED電極處延伸。  

  　　4.看附件。正規的LED燈帶會在包裝箱里面附上使用說明和燈帶規格書，同時還會配備LED燈帶連接器或者是卡座;而山寨版的LED燈帶包裝箱里則沒有這些附件，因為一些廠家畢竟還是能省則省。  

  　　5.看FPC質量。FPC分敷銅和壓延銅兩種，敷銅板的銅箔是凸出來的，細看的話能從焊盤與FPC的連接處看出來。而壓延銅是密切和FPC連為一體的，可以任意彎折而不會出現焊盤脫落現象。敷銅板如果彎折過多就會出現焊盤脫落，維修時溫度過高也會造成焊盤脫落。  

  　　6.看包裝。正規的LED燈帶會采用防靜電卷料盤包裝，一般會5米一卷或者是10米一卷，然后外面再采用防靜電防潮包裝袋密封。而山寨版的LED燈帶會因為節約成本，而采用回收卷料盤，然后沒有防靜電防潮包裝袋，仔細看卷料盤能看出外表有清除標簽時留下的痕跡和劃痕。  

  　　當然最重要的是要知道燈帶只能起到點綴作用不能起到主照明的作用的。其次燈帶都是整米一段的所以該用多少用多少。  而顏色上則可以選擇暖白和月光白，因為燈帶的主要作用就是點綴，所以建議都用暖白的這樣客廳和餐廳點起來的效果就比較溫馨，也更耐看，用月光白的話看久了可能會審美疲勞，如果要清新的效果的話可以考慮用藍光的。扁三和扁四的區別是扁三有2排珠扁四有3排珠，所以最主要的區別還是亮度。如果珠數一樣的那就是長度的區別了。此外，如果要點綴和照明都要有的話則可以安裝T5支架，其價位可能會貴點但是效果不錯。
