  　　led燈箱制作的注意事項  

  　　1、led燈箱制作在加工生產的過程中要采用一定的防靜電措施。工作臺要接地，工人要穿防靜電的服裝，帶防靜電環(huán)以及帶防靜電手套等，有條件的可以安裝防靜電離子風機，同時要保證車間的濕度在65%左右，以免空氣過于干燥而產生靜電，尤其是綠色的led更容易受到靜電的破壞。  

  　　2、led燈箱制作的時候要注意溫度的升高會使led的內阻變小。當外界的環(huán)境溫度升高后，led的光源內阻就會減小，如果使用穩(wěn)壓電源供電就會造成led的工作電流升高，當超過一定的工作電流后，就會影響到led產品的使用壽命，嚴重的話就會破壞led光源，因此最好選用恒流源供電，以保證led的工作電流不受外界溫度的影響。  

  　　3、led燈箱制作要保證密封。led燈箱制作應用于室外，面臨著防水、防潮的密封問題，如果處理不好就會直接影響到led燈箱的使用壽命。  

  　　led燈箱制作步驟  

  　　1、將需要的字樣或者是圖案在準備好的板上做出來。  

  　　2、使用電鉆在板上打出一個羽發(fā)光二極管直徑相當的孔。  

  　　3、將led燈在每個文字或者是圖案中串聯(lián)好，再將文字和圖案的led燈進行相應的并聯(lián)，并聯(lián)好后使用事先準備好的膠對其進行密封固定，避免它們出現(xiàn)脫落的現(xiàn)象。  

  　　4、將這些文字圖案都串聯(lián)好之后，使用不同的線將事先準備好的控制器連接起來，連接好后，led燈箱就基本上就完成了，最后通電試驗是否成功。  

  　　混凝土強度等級是指混凝土的抗壓強度，強度等級應以混凝土立方體抗壓強度標準值劃分，采用符號C與立方體抗壓強度標準值(以N/mm2;  或  MPa計)表示。  

  　　混凝土的抗壓強度是通過實驗得出的，我國采用邊長為150mm的立方體作為混凝土抗壓強度的標準尺寸試件。用非標準尺寸的試件進行試驗，其結果應乘以折算系數，換算成標準立方體強度：200mm×200mm×200mm的試件，折算系數為1.05;100mm×100mm×100mm的試件，折算系數取0.95。  

  　　普通混凝土強度等級可以劃分為十四個，即：C15，C20，C25，C30，C35，C40，C45，C50，C55，C60，C65，C70，C75，C80。例如，強度等級為C30的混凝土是指30MPa≤fcu,k<35MPa。  

  　　LED燈帶質量識別的技巧  

  　　1.看標簽。正規(guī)的LED燈帶包裝袋和卷料盤上面都會有印刷標簽，而不是打印的標簽。  

      2.看LED燈帶表面的清潔度。如果采用SMT工藝生產的LED燈帶，其表面的清潔度非常好，看不到什么雜質和污漬。  

  　　3.看焊點。正規(guī)的LED燈帶生產商生產的LED燈帶是采用SMT貼片工藝，用錫膏和回流焊工藝生產的。因此，LED燈帶上的焊點比較光滑而且焊錫量不會多，焊點呈圓弧狀從FPC焊盤處往LED電極處延伸。  

  　　4.看附件。正規(guī)的LED燈帶會在包裝箱里面附上使用說明和燈帶規(guī)格書，同時還會配備LED燈帶連接器或者是卡座;而山寨版的LED燈帶包裝箱里則沒有這些附件，因為一些廠家畢竟還是能省則省。  

  　　5.看FPC質量。FPC分敷銅和壓延銅兩種，敷銅板的銅箔是凸出來的，細看的話能從焊盤與FPC的連接處看出來。而壓延銅是密切和FPC連為一體的，可以任意彎折而不會出現(xiàn)焊盤脫落現(xiàn)象。敷銅板如果彎折過多就會出現(xiàn)焊盤脫落，維修時溫度過高也會造成焊盤脫落。  

  　　6.看包裝。正規(guī)的LED燈帶會采用防靜電卷料盤包裝，一般會5米一卷或者是10米一卷，然后外面再采用防靜電防潮包裝袋密封。而山寨版的LED燈帶會因為節(jié)約成本，而采用回收卷料盤，然后沒有防靜電防潮包裝袋，仔細看卷料盤能看出外表有清除標簽時留下的痕跡和劃痕。  

  　　當然最重要的是要知道燈帶只能起到點綴作用不能起到主照明的作用的。其次燈帶都是整米一段的所以該用多少用多少。  而顏色上則可以選擇暖白和月光白，因為燈帶的主要作用就是點綴，所以建議都用暖白的這樣客廳和餐廳點起來的效果就比較溫馨，也更耐看，用月光白的話看久了可能會審美疲勞，如果要清新的效果的話可以考慮用藍光的。扁三和扁四的區(qū)別是扁三有2排珠扁四有3排珠，所以最主要的區(qū)別還是亮度。如果珠數一樣的那就是長度的區(qū)別了。此外，如果要點綴和照明都要有的話則可以安裝T5支架，其價位可能會貴點但是效果不錯。
