　　2002年3月1日，我國中華人民共和國建設部編著的《建筑裝飾裝修工程質量驗收規范》正式實施。其中，對建筑裝飾裝修工程中的各個項目做出了分門別類的具體要求。其內容根據目錄安排包括：則總、術語、基本規定、抹灰工程、門窗工程、吊頂工程、輕質隔墻工程、飾面板(磚)工程、幕墻工程、涂飾工程、裱糊與軟包工程、細部工程、分部工程質量驗收十三個部分，是權威性和實際性的專項說明書。下面列舉幾項內容作為參考。

　　3.3施工

　　3.3.1承擔建筑裝飾裝修工程施工的單位應具備相應的資質，并應建立質量管理體系。施工單位應編制施工組織設計并應經過審查批準。施工單位應按有關的施工工藝標準或經審定的施工技術方案施工，并應對施工全過程實行質量控制。

　　3.3.9墻面采用保溫材料的建筑裝飾裝修工程，所用保溫材料的類型、品種、規格及施工工藝應符合設計要求。

　　抹灰工程

　　4.1一般規定

　　4.1.1本章適用于一般抹灰、裝飾抹灰和清水砌體勾縫等分項工程的質量驗收。

　　4.1.2抹灰工程驗收時應檢查下列文件和記錄：

　　1抹灰工程的施工圖、設計說明及其他設計文件。

　　2材料的產品合格證書、性能檢測報告、進場驗收記錄和復驗報告。

　　3隱蔽工程驗收記錄。

　　4施工記錄。

　　4.2一般抹灰工程

　　4.2.1本節適用于石灰砂漿、水泥砂漿、水泥混合砂漿、聚合物水泥砂漿和麻刀石灰、紙筋石灰、石膏灰等一般抹灰工程的質量驗收。一般抹灰工程分為普通抹灰和高級抹灰，當設計無要求時，按普通抹灰驗收。

　　主控項目

　　4.2.2抹灰前基層表面的塵土、污垢、油漬等應清除干凈，并應灑水潤濕。

　　《建筑工程質量檢驗評定標準》的適用范圍，適用于工業與民用建筑的室外與室內墻面、頂棚等裝飾工程，包括樓(地)面油漆和打蠟工程，不包括家具、燈具和衛生潔具等裝飾。因此，也適用于辦公室裝修質量標準，主要包括內容有：

　　一般抹灰工程：石灰砂漿、水泥混合砂漿、水泥砂漿、聚合物水泥砂漿、膨脹珍珠巖水泥砂漿、麻刀石膏灰等。

　　裝飾抹灰工程：水刷石、水磨石、干粘石、假面磚、拉條灰、拉毛灰、噴砂、噴涂、滾涂、彈涂、仿石和彩色抹灰等。

　　門窗工程：鋁合金門窗安裝、鋼門窗安裝、塑料門窗安裝等。

　　油漆工程：混色油漆、清漆和美術油漆工程以及木地板燙蠟、擦軟蠟、大理石、水磨石地面打蠟工程等。

　　刷(噴)漿工程：石灰漿、大白漿、可賽銀漿、聚合物水泥漿和水溶性涂料、無機涂料等刷漿(噴漿)工程和室內美術刷漿(噴漿)工程

　　玻璃工程：平板玻璃、夾絲玻璃、磨砂玻璃、鋼化玻璃、彩色玻璃、壓花玻璃和玻璃磚等安裝

　　裱糊工程：普通壁紙、塑料壁紙和玻璃纖維墻紙等

　　飾面工程：天然石飾面板、大理石飾面板、花崗石飾面板、人造石飾面板、人造大理石飾面板、預制水磨石、水刷石飾面板、飾面磚、外墻面磚、陶瓷錦磚(馬賽克)等

　　罩面板及鋼木骨架安裝：罩面板、膠合板、塑料板、纖維板、鈣塑板、刨花板、木絲板、木板凳、鋼木骨架、木骨架、綱木組合骨架、強鋼龍骨骨架等。

　　細木制品：樓梯扶手、貼面板、護墻板、窗簾盒、窗臺板、掛鏡線等

　　花飾安裝：混凝土花飾、水泥砂漿花飾、水刷石花飾、石膏花飾。

  　　室內裝修質量標準除了遵循國家的建筑標準外，根據裝修公司的不同，標準也是不盡相同的。下面舉例一些室內裝修質量標準作為裝修標準的參考：  

  　　1.3家庭居室裝飾的設計和施工除應符合本標準外，尚應符合國家、行業、和地方的有關安全、防火、環保、建筑、電氣、給排水等現行標準、規范的規定。  

  　　1.4承攬家庭居室裝飾的設計、施工單位，應具備資質證書和營業執照，施工人員應按規定持證上崗，其中燃氣管道必須由具有燃氣安裝資質的單位安裝。  

  　　1.5家庭居室裝飾要保證建筑結構的安全，嚴禁拆改和損壞主體和承重結構：  

  　　1、不得在承重墻、抗震墻上開洞;  

  　　2、不得任意擴大原有門窗洞口;  

  　　3、不得任意增加樓面荷載;  

  　　4、不得任意填充、加厚陽臺地面;  

  　　5、不得任意鑿剔樓、頂板;  

  　　6、不得拆除挑陽臺上的窗下墻。  

  　　涉及建筑主體和承重結構變動的裝飾工程，應經原設計單位書面同意，并由設計單位提出設計方案。家庭居室裝飾如需要更改給排水管線，供暖設施及燃氣設施等，必須取得管房部門的書面同意。  

  　　1.6家庭居室裝飾所用的主要材料及設備，應按設計文件和合同規定選用，產品質量應符合有關標準的規定。  

  　　衛生器具及管道安裝  

  　　2.1衛生器具品種、規格、顏色應符合設計要求和合同的規定，管材、管件、潔具等產品質量應符合現行標準。  

  　　2.2管道安裝應橫平豎直、輔設牢固，坡度符合要求，閥門，龍頭安裝平正，使用靈活方便，明管刷防銹涂料，暗管刷防腐漆。  

  　　2.3給水管道與附件，器具連接嚴密、經通水試驗無滲漏。  

  　　2.4排水管道應暢通，無倒坡、無堵塞、無滲漏，地漏表面應略低于地面。  

  　　2.5衛生器具安裝位置正確，器具上沿要水平、端正牢固，外表光潔無損傷。  

  　　電氣工程  

  　　3.1電氣產品、材料必須是符合現行技術標準的合格產品，電線、電纜、開關、插座尚應具有國家電工產品安全認證書。  

  　　3.2電氣布線宜采用暗管敷設，導線在管內不應有結頭和扭結，導線距電話線、閉路電視線不得少于50厘米，吊頂內不允許有明露導線，嚴禁將導線直接埋入抹灰層內。  

  　　3.3燈頭做法、開關接線位置正確，廁浴間宜選用防潮開關和安全型插座，有接地孔插座的接地線應單獨敷設，不得低于0.5MΩ。面向電源插座時應符合“左零右相，接地在上”的要求。  

  　　3.4開關、插座安裝牢固，位置正確，蓋板端正，表面清潔，緊貼墻面，四周無空隙，同一房間開關或插座上沿高度一致。  

  　　3.5電氣工程施工完成后，應進行必要的檢查和試驗，如漏電開關的動作，各回路的絕緣電阻以及電器通電，燈具試亮、開關試控制等，檢驗合格后方能使用。  

  　　3.6工程竣工時應向用戶提供電氣竣工簡圖、標明導線規格及暗管走向。  

  　　(1)為收納設置專門的收納區對于一些小戶型來說，不免顯得有的過于浪費空間，因此我們在進行收納設計的時候，不妨利用房屋中既有的梁柱或者是墻面凹凸的空隙來進行收納。比如在凸的兩邊架設柜架，在凹處部分放置隔板。這樣不僅方便了收納，還能讓空間給人有層次感和空間感。

  　　(3)對于地面和頂面的收納妙招。我們建議不妨把書房的地面局部架高，并且用抽屜將抬起的部分設置成一格格的，這樣地面下偌大的空間就可以收納雜物或者棉被等大物品了。
