1家庭廚房設計規范

　　一.廚房面積與布置

　　1.空間足夠大，可以滿足基本廚房活動(食品、餐具洗滌，切配食物及擱置餐具等)需求。

　　2.能夠滿足廚房最低儲物需求，例如對財米油鹽及各種烹飪器具的儲備。

　　3.廚房家具及設備有足夠的安裝空間，包括灶臺、操作臺、洗滌池及儲物柜等的安裝，另外，像冰箱、消毒碗柜等家電的安裝空間也要具備。

　　4.廚房設計中的操作流程需要符合“省力工作三角區”，即即水池、爐灶和冰箱，廚房活動中屬三者間的來往最多。

　　二.通風與排煙設計

　　廚房通風與排煙不暢，對居住人的身體健康有極大的傷害。目前很多家庭以天然氣作為廚房燃燒的燃料，天然氣燃燒時會散發出不利人體健康的氣體。另外，烹飪菜肴時，油脂也會分解成許多烴化有物和炳烯醛體，對廚房和居室環境，以及人體健康均十分不利。改善灶具之時，要有組織單獨穿堂風的意識，并提升機械通風排煙的效率，以使進出風口及氣流走向得以利用好。

　　三.采光與照明設計

　　按照國際標準所規定，廚房的操作臺面亮度為300Lx，比我國標準稍高。若是廚房自然采光不足，應輔以人工照明，此時人工照明的光源應選擇冷色調，以免增加廚房室內的溫度。為什么廚房采光和照明設計這么重要?采光和照明度不足，將會降低人們烹飪食品的熱情，食品的衛生也難以保證。

　　四.其他規范

　　1.重視廚房的使用功能，需與餐廳位置相結合，妥善布置好。

　　2.廚房防水問題不可忽略，每日會有大量的洗滌工作在該區域進行。

　　3.考慮目前廚房使用的電器較多，需要在廚房內預留較多的插座。安裝時，應結合衛生間統一考慮燃氣管線的布置。

2家庭廚房設計尺寸

　　1.工作臺尺寸：高度以操作者的身高及其在工作時的舒適度為標準。根據東方人的體形，工作臺高度應為85-90厘米，深度在60-75厘米為宜。此外，加工操作的案桌柜體的高度、寬度應與水槽規格相統一。

　　2.吊柜尺寸：吊柜頂端一般不可超過230厘米，站立時拿取物體方便為宜，吊柜面寬為35-37厘米，低端與工作臺面間的距離約為60厘米。吊柜的長度可以根據廚房的空間，將不同規格廚具進行配置，以使使用時感覺舒適。

　　3.吸油煙機：一般是在70厘米左右的高度。

　　4.灶臺與水槽之間的距離：因水槽與柜臺間的往返是最為頻繁的，因此相關專家建議，水槽與柜臺間的距離在1.20-1.8OM為宜，即兩手臂張開時的寬度范圍。

3家庭廚房設計要點

　　要點一：方向

　　指的是廚房的通風位置，通常南方地區的春天到秋天季節里，都以東南風居多。開放式廚房位于上風位置，那么油煙味將會被吹回屋里，這種情況下不建議采用開放式廚房。

　　要點二：驅油

　　鑒于中國人的“鍋氣”，大功率抽油煙機和抽風機什么的全都具備，因此，建議在附近的天花頂位置裝上1-2個的抽風機。

　　要點三：美觀

　　要想廚房整體美觀度提升，一些鍋碗瓢盆和瓶瓶罐罐就得被收納起來，此時，需要開放式廚房與整體櫥柜聯合起來。

　　要點四：建材

　　廚房里選用的建材和家具需以防滑、防水和方便清潔為功能要點，簡易用上具有防滑耐磨屬性的瓷磚，不可鋪設實木地板。

5進口地板與國內地板的區別

　　1.選用的木材不同

　　國外對于木材的樹齡、樹種都有嚴格的要求，比如瑞士盧森地板，它采用的是瑞士50~100年樹齡的樹種，樹種為松木，并且在90天內加工完成。在國內，由于森林覆蓋面積少，木材的樹齡也不大，一般會選擇5~10年樹齡的樹種，而且樹種不一。

　　2.關心環保程度不同

　　國外一向注重人文關懷，生產出來的產品絕對不會有害，添加劑甲醛含量超標的地板產品，對于大品牌來說，沒達標絕對不會達標，不可以進行銷售，制造的產品更注重的是帶給消費者的產品必須是環保健康的。而國內地板市場到處充斥著甲醛超標的現象，使用健康的地板產品得不到有效保障。

　　3.生產監控力度不同

　　國外的商家會花費資金不斷完善地板生產線，更好地做到全方位的監控和操作。而在國內會出現這樣的情況，有些企業為了節約制造成本，會把生產流程交給專門的企業去做，從而失去對生產流程的有效監控。

6氣動閥門檢測

　　氣動閥門不能正常打開、關閉情況下的各項檢測。

　　1.檢驗電磁閥是否正常，線圈是否耗損或接觸不良，電磁閥的閥芯是否被東西卡死

　　維修方法：更換線圈，清理電磁閥上卡住的東西，以上方法沒用就更換電磁閥。

　　2.單邊供氣檢驗氣動執行器，查看是否正常工作，如氣缸活塞竄氣、缸體與端蓋或轉軸處漏氣等

　　維修方法：拆開執行器檢查密封件是否已損壞，氣缸內孔表面是否已損壞。更換已壞密封圈、更換活塞、或氣缸。

　　3.檢查閥內是否有東西將球芯或閥板卡住

　　維修方法：清理雜質或者更換已損閥件。

　　4.檢查手動操作執行機構的手柄是否處在手動位置

　　處理方法：將手柄扳到氣動自動位置。

　　5.檢查管路是否扭曲、壓扁

　　處理方法：糾正或更換管路。

　　6.檢查介質或環境溫度是否太低，造成管路凍結

　　處理方法：即時清除冷凝水，增設除水設備。

7 廚房水槽漏水

　　廚房水槽出現漏水現象，需要對原因進行分析，當然問題產生的原因可能不是唯一的，我們應該具體問題具體分析，根據不同的情況來修理。

　　情況一：水龍頭漏水

　　將水龍頭紅色及藍色的標志拆開，并更換其中的橡膠墊即可。

　　情況二：水槽和臺面間的銜接松動，積水溺到臺面，并漏到櫥柜里

　　買好玻璃膠條，并將玻璃膠密封于水槽和臺面間的銜接處。

　　情況三：廚房水槽下水管漏水

　　無論是上面的接口漏水，還是水槽下水管與地下的下水管間漏水，問題均出在橡膠墊上，橡膠墊老化或是開裂，都會出現漏水，這時只需把這個橡膠墊拆開并更換一個便可。

　　情況四：水槽本身漏水

　　用防水膩子涂抹水槽漏水處。

　　情況五：水槽零件壞或松動

　　先仔細檢查角閥、螺絲和膠墊等位置，看是不是因使用太久，出現腐蝕和老化問題，若是如此，建議重新更換一個。

　　如果發現廚房水槽堵了，不要急著去用水沖掉雜質或者把管道拆開。首先要做的就是把水管關閉，不然會造成更多的積水。然后再檢查是哪個部位堵塞，或者是什么東西堵塞。廚房水槽一般堵塞的地方是U型管道處，因為堆積雜物導致排水不順暢。或者是帶排污螺絲的下水管道。弄清楚之后，在排水管下面墊一個污水盆。然后拆卸管道，用可以疏通的東西兩邊疏通一下。如果還有雜物，則將所有的連接口全部擰開卸下，沖洗干凈。然后再組裝回去。

　　值得注意的一點小技巧，廚房水槽下水管經常是被油膩雜物，菜渣堵塞，疏通前，可先往下水管導入一壺開水，然后用膠皮管子/鉤子等伸到下水管中，清除雜物。

　　清理方法：準備一條膠皮管子，不用太長，只要能連通自來水籠頭和下水管道就行。將管子的一端插入下水管道口，周圍用破舊抹布或毛巾塞緊，將水管另一段固定到自來水管上，然后將水籠頭開到最大，沖兩三分鐘，下水管道就能疏通了，堵的比較厲害，用手搖管道疏通器進行疏通：先將逆時針方向擰動止旋螺釘，然后將彈簧拉出放到下水管中，一直頂到障礙物，然后拉出10公分左右彈簧，擰緊止旋螺釘，選裝把手，并施加壓力，當完全進去后，在松開止旋螺釘，再拉出10公分彈簧反復操作直到感覺轉動把手很輕松時，緩慢拉起就解決問題了。
