  　　真石漆施工工藝的主要流程為基層處理→涂刷底漆→噴中層真石漆→打磨→成品保護→驗收。  

       

  　　1、基面準備程序  

       

  　　由于基面的狀況直接關系到真石漆的施工質量，因此在裝修前，必須對基面認真檢查驗收，具體要求介紹如下：  

       

  　　A、對于剛建成的新墻，需要充分養(yǎng)護、干燥;對于已受潮剝離的舊墻，則需重新做底層批蕩，然后才能進行真石漆的噴涂施工。  

       

  　　B、涂裝基面應堅牢平整，含水率10%以下，PH值10以下。測量基面含水率方法：晴天時利用透明膠布平鋪基面，以膠帶封合膠布四周，經(jīng)2-4小時后，若膠布內(nèi)部呈結露現(xiàn)象，則基面含水率高，不宜施工。雨天后須在干燥3日以上確保完全干燥，以免影響基材內(nèi)堿基滲出，產(chǎn)生白華，并導致剝落。  

       

  　　C、涂裝基面的表面強度，需在13.8mpa以上為標準。  

       

  　　2、防潮底漆噴涂程序  

       

  　　在噴涂真石漆前，先在基面上均勻地噴涂或滾涂一層防潮底漆，進行封底處理，以免由于基面滲色、透濕，從而污染，溶脹真石漆影響施工質量，防潮底漆干透時間約為60分鐘。  

       

  　　3、真石漆噴涂程序：  

       

  　　待防潮底漆干透后即可進行真石漆的噴涂施工，基本施工方法主要有以下兩種：  

       

  　　第一種是噴裝施工法：此法是使用特制噴槍進行施工。室內(nèi)工程噴裝可一次完成，外墻則要分兩步進行;待第一層稍干后再作第二次噴涂。噴涂時務必使涂層厚薄均勻，不露底，浮點大小基本一致，噴涂總厚度以2-3mm為宜.或按不同設計要求而定。  

       

  　　第二種是混合施工法：即先用灰鏟在此墻體上薄薄地批抹一層真石漆，兩次的總厚度以2-3  mm為宜。這種施工方法省料，又能因表面浮點突出而同樣可干透。  

       

  　　表面打磨程序：在噴涂防水保護膜之前，需用專用砂紙等工具磨掉已干透的真石漆涂層表面的浮砂及粒之銳角，增加真石漆表面的美感，同時保證防護膜的完全覆蓋。  

       

  　　4、噴涂防水面漆程序  

       

  　　噴涂防水面漆一定要在真石漆完全干透后進行，防水面漆一般噴兩次，首先薄而均勻地噴涂一層防水面漆，約經(jīng)過60分鐘待其硬化后，即可噴第二遍防水面漆，至此真石漆的全部施工程序即將完成。  

       

  　　真石漆施工工藝注意事項：  

       

  　　1、真石漆施工必須是在裝修工程的最后階段進行，以免未干透時的涂層被沾污或破損。  

       

  　　2、室外施工最好搭棚用防水薄膜頂防雨，風速過大也會影響噴涂的施工效果。  

       

  　　3、如在噴涂期間遇大雨，真石漆表面尚未噴涂防水保護膜時必須將已施工部分進行遮蓋，以防雨水沖刷，如一旦被雨水沖刷，則需視其受破壞的程度進行返工和修復。  

       

  　　4、確認真石漆完全干透后，應及時噴涂防水保護膜以防不測。  

       

  　　5、氣溫5℃以下的施工環(huán)境會影響涂料的成膜，因此在該氣溫條件下不宜施工。  

       

  　　6、用多支噴槍同時噴涂同一面墻體時，應選用相同型號的“槍嘴”，以使每支噴出的浮點基本一致，否則，會影響整體效果。

  　　2、確定龍骨位置線：根據(jù)鋁塑板的尺寸規(guī)格及吊頂?shù)拿娣e尺寸來安排吊頂骨架的結構尺寸，要求板塊組合的圖案要完整，四周留邊時，留邊的尺寸要均勻或對稱，將安排好的龍骨架位置線畫在標高線的上邊。  

       

  　　3、安裝與調(diào)平龍骨：根據(jù)縱橫標高控制線，從一端開始，邊安裝邊調(diào)平，然后再統(tǒng)一精調(diào)一次。  

       

  　　4、鋼、鋁龍骨安裝：采用鋁龍骨安裝時，先將鋁龍骨按翻樣圖尺寸及位置固定于樓板上，必須安裝牢固，表面平整，尺寸準確。對于采用鋼龍骨安裝的部分，為防止發(fā)生電化學腐蝕可，要進行防腐處理或加墊片。  

       

  　　二、塊板安裝  

       

  鋁塑板與另一張鋁塑板或其它材料，通過鉚釘、螺栓、螺釘、釘子等連接起來。但是因為鋁塑板表面為鋁，所以當與不同的金屬材料連接在一起時，會產(chǎn)生電化學腐蝕，須使用鋁或不銹鋼鉚螺栓等來進行板或板與其它金屬材料之間的連接。  

       

  　　鋁塑板與龍骨架的安裝，主要有吊鉤懸掛式或自攻螺絲固定，也可采用鋼絲扎結，安裝時按彈好的板塊安排布置線，從一個方向開始依次安裝，并注意吊鉤先與龍骨固定，再鉤住板塊側邊的小孔。鋁塑板在安裝時應輕拿輕放。保護板面不受碰撞或刮傷。用M5  自攻螺釘固定時，先用手電鉆打出直徑為4.2mm  孔位后再上螺釘。  

       

  　　在連接處裝入襯墊材料。再在上面打密封膠，最后再揭掉板的保護膜。注膠前，一定要清潔劑將金屬板及鋁合金(型鋼)框表面清潔干凈，清潔后的材料須在一小時內(nèi)密封，否則重新清洗。密封膠須注滿，不能有空隙或氣泡。清潔用擦布須及時更換以保持干凈。應遵守標簽上的說明使用溶劑，且在使用溶劑時嚴禁煙火。注密封膠時，應用膠紙保護膠縫兩側的材料，使之不受污染。  

       

  　　三、端部處理  

       

  　　當鋁塑板四周靠墻邊緣部分不符合方板的模數(shù)時，在取得設計人員和監(jiān)理的批準后，可不采用以方板和靠墻板收邊的方法，而改用條板或紙面石膏板等作吊頂處理。
