　　鋁塑復合板的厚度，常見是3-10mm，標準長度是2440mm，非標準可以加長到6000mm多，當然也可以短于1000mm，標準寬度一般均是1220mm，也有1000mm寬的，最寬可以做到2000mm。

　　聚氨酯復合板容重范圍為40—60kg/m3，長度范圍是0.5-4m，寬度范圍為0.5-1.2m，厚度范圍為20-200mm，切割精度高，厚度誤差士0.5mm左右。

　　復合板價格是不可以一概而論的，因為不同地區、不同材料、不同厚度、不同規格、不同工藝的復合板價格差異是非常大的，價位從幾十到幾百的都有，例如常規的75mm普通彩鋼復合板，墻面為150元/平方米，屋面為155元/平方米，若80mm厚的貴5元/平方米。

　　復合板選擇要點，以下七點值得關注：

　　1、看——復合板是否表面平整光滑、無波紋、鼓泡、庇點、劃痕。

　　2、測——測量復合板是否達到國際要求，例如鋁塑板的厚度，內墻板3mm、外墻板4mm或以上，而且鋁的厚度必須是0.5mm。

　　3、折——復合板一角，易斷裂的不是優質料制作而成的復合板，一般來講優質原料制作的復合板具有一定的彈性。

　　4、燒——復合板中間材料，真正PE可以完全燃燒，摻雜使假的燃燒后有雜質。

　　5、刨——槽折彎時，看正面是否斷裂。

　　6、滴——丁酮鑒別外墻板氟碳涂層，滴二甲苯鑒別內墻板涂層，5分鐘后擦掉試劑，看是否露底。

　　7、要——索要生產廠家質檢報告，質保書，ISO-9002國際質量認證書，擁有這些的廠家是正規廠家生產的，可保證產品質量，同等價格比質量，同等質量比價格。

  　　復合板的種類有很多，常見的巖棉復合板、聚苯乙烯復合板、聚氨脂復合板、鋁塑復合板、石材復合板等。  

  　　巖棉復合板：是用立絲狀纖維的巖棉做芯材，以彩色鋼板用表層，通過自動化連續成型機，經壓型后用高強粘合劑粘合而成。由于彩色鋼板和芯材巖棉均為非燃燒體，故其防火性能極佳。  

  　　聚苯乙烯復合板：由彩色鋼板作表層，閉孔自熄型聚苯乙烯做芯材,通過自動化連續成型機將彩色鋼板壓型后用聚氨脂(A、B)粘合劑粘合而成的一種高效新型復合建筑材料,具有保溫、防水一次完成,施工速度快、經貿耐用、美觀大方等特點,主要適用于公共建筑、工業廠房、組合冷庫、樓房接層、商亭等。  

  　　聚氨脂復合板：用聚氨酯作芯材，其特性同樣具有聚苯乙稀復合板的各種特點外，并具有不易燃燒，在超低溫下使用收縮小、不脆化，無毒、無腐蝕性，導熱性能穩定的優點。  

  　　鋁塑鋁塑復合板：簡稱鋁塑板，是指以塑料為芯層，兩面為鋁材的3層復合板材，并在產品表面覆以裝飾性和保護性的涂層或薄膜(若無特別注明則通稱為涂層)作為產品的裝飾面。  

  　　石材復合板：超薄石材復合板由兩種及以上不同板材用膠粘劑粘接而成，面材為天然石材，基材為瓷磚、石材、玻璃或鋁蜂窩等。石材復合板既有天然石材的性能特點優勢，又有實用的性能比較優勢，隔音防潮、節能降耗、強度高、抗污能力強。

  　　該產品不改變母體本身的性質，克服母體本身的缺點，發揮其優點，耐磨性和抗腐蝕性強，還有良好的可焊性、延伸性、成型性、裝飾性。可滿足不同工件對于材料的要求，如防腐要求高的可用鈦、不銹鋼等材料作為防腐面制成;而要求散熱、導電好的，可用銅、鋁等材料作為導熱主體制成;要求質量輕、強度大的，可用以鋁為主體，不銹鋼或鈦鋼為副體的復合板制成。  

  　　2、彩鋼復合板  

  　　該產品重量輕，僅相當于磚墻的1/30，隔熱保溫和密封性能好，強度高，可作維護、承重結構，抗彎抗壓。色澤鮮艷，外形美觀，無需再進行表面裝飾。施工方便，安裝快捷靈活，可縮短40%以上的工期，  

  　　3、巖棉復合板  

  　　該產品具有質量輕、導熱系數小、吸熱、不燃的特點。在工藝上經粘合加壓、修邊、壓槽、落料，形成企口式復合板，整體性好，剛度高并具有抗沖擊、抗剪的力學性能及保溫、隔熱、隔音、防潮等特點。巖棉復合板的板長不受限制，可達12米以上，完全符合技術設計上的防火要求，且克服了以往板材沒有足夠的整體性和剛度、抗折和抗沖擊性能較差的缺陷。  

  　　4、鋁塑復合板  

  　　該產品容易加工，安裝簡單，內應力穩定，剛性良好，具有超強的粘合牢固性，經8小時沸水實驗，粘接層沒有出現破壞現象。采用改性的阻燃聚乙烯芯材，無毒性，科學環保無污染，兩面包覆不燃的鋁層，防火性能檢測超過B1級指標要求，解決了金屬塑料復合建材的防火難題。  

  　　一、安裝前地面處理要細致  

  　　地面在以兩米為半徑的范圍內必須水平，高低差不得超過3mm。地面要完全干燥，鋪設地熱地板之前，必須進行地熱加溫試驗，進水溫度至少達50℃，以確保采暖系統運行正常。并要保溫24小時以上，使地面干透，確保含水率符合標準。  

  　　二、安裝工藝細節有講究  

  　　最好采用懸浮式安裝方式，地熱地板通過墊層材料緊貼地面，地板和地表之間不存有縫隙，而地板之間要預留更大收縮縫隙。由于水熱輻射采暖釋放的潮氣量大，因此防潮要下功夫。  

  　　一、龍骨布置與彈線  

  　　1、彈線：確定標高控制線和龍骨布置線，如果吊頂有標高變化時，應將變截面部分的相應位置確定，接著沿標高線固定角鋁。  

  　　2、確定龍骨位置線：根據鋁塑板的尺寸規格及吊頂的面積尺寸來安排吊頂骨架的結構尺寸，要求板塊組合的圖案要完整，四周留邊時，留邊的尺寸要均勻或對稱，將安排好的龍骨架位置線畫在標高線的上邊。  

  　　3、安裝與調平龍骨：根據縱橫標高控制線，從一端開始，邊安裝邊調平，然后再統一精調一次。  

  　　4、鋼、鋁龍骨安裝：采用鋁龍骨安裝時，先將鋁龍骨按翻樣圖尺寸及位置固定于樓板上，必須安裝牢固，表面平整，尺寸準確。對于采用鋼龍骨安裝的部分，為防止發生電化學腐蝕可，要進行防腐處理或加墊片。  

  　　二、塊板安裝  

  鋁塑板與另一張鋁塑板或其它材料，通過鉚釘、螺栓、螺釘、釘子等連接起來。但是因為鋁塑板表面為鋁，所以當與不同的金屬材料連接在一起時，會產生電化學腐蝕，須使用鋁或不銹鋼鉚螺栓等來進行板或板與其它金屬材料之間的連接。  

  　　鋁塑板與龍骨架的安裝，主要有吊鉤懸掛式或自攻螺絲固定，也可采用鋼絲扎結，安裝時按彈好的板塊安排布置線，從一個方向開始依次安裝，并注意吊鉤先與龍骨固定，再鉤住板塊側邊的小孔。鋁塑板在安裝時應輕拿輕放。保護板面不受碰撞或刮傷。用M5  自攻螺釘固定時，先用手電鉆打出直徑為4.2mm  孔位后再上螺釘。  

  　　在連接處裝入襯墊材料。再在上面打密封膠，最后再揭掉板的保護膜。注膠前，一定要清潔劑將金屬板及鋁合金(型鋼)框表面清潔干凈，清潔后的材料須在一小時內密封，否則重新清洗。密封膠須注滿，不能有空隙或氣泡。清潔用擦布須及時更換以保持干凈。應遵守標簽上的說明使用溶劑，且在使用溶劑時嚴禁煙火。注密封膠時，應用膠紙保護膠縫兩側的材料，使之不受污染。  

  　　三、端部處理  

  　　當鋁塑板四周靠墻邊緣部分不符合方板的模數時，在取得設計人員和監理的批準后，可不采用以方板和靠墻板收邊的方法，而改用條板或紙面石膏板等作吊頂處理。
