  　　絕緣膠墊結構  

       

  　　絕緣膠墊主要采用膠類絕緣材料制作，用天然橡膠(NR)，丁苯橡膠(SBR)和丁基橡膠(IIR)  等絕緣性能優良的非極性橡膠制造。  

       

  　　天然橡膠：以橡膠烴(聚異戊二烯)為主，含少量蛋白質、水分、樹脂酸、糖類和無機鹽等。  彈性大，定伸強度高，抗撕裂性和電絕緣性優良，耐磨性和耐旱性良好，加工性佳，易于其它材料粘合，在綜合性能方面優于多數合成橡膠。  

       

  　　丁苯橡膠：丁二烯和苯乙烯的共聚體。  性能接近天然橡膠，是目前產量最大的通用合成橡膠，主要用以代替天然橡膠。  

       

  　　丁基橡膠：是異丁烯和少量異戊二烯或丁二烯的共聚體。  最大特點是氣密性好，耐臭氧、耐老化性能好，耐熱性較高，長期工作溫度可在130℃以下;能耐無機強酸(如硫酸、硝酸等)和一般有機溶劑，吸振和阻尼特性良好，電絕緣性也非常好。  

       

  　　絕緣膠墊上下表面應不存在有害的不規則性。有害的不規則性是指下列特征之一，即破壞均勻性、損壞表面光滑輪廓的缺陷，如小孔、裂縫、局部隆起、切口、夾雜導電異物、折縫、空隙、凹凸波紋及鑄造標志等。無害的不規則性是指生產過程中形成的表面不規則性。質量好的絕緣膠墊沒有異味，沒有氣泡，沒有凹坑，表面光滑整潔干凈  

       

  　　絕緣膠墊厚度測量：在整個絕緣膠墊上應隨機選擇5個以上不同的點進行厚度測量和檢查。可使用千分尺或同樣的精度的儀器進行測量。千分尺的精度應在0.02mm以內,測鉆的直徑為6mm，平面壓腳的直徑為(3.17±0.25)mm，壓腳應能施加(0.83±0.03)N的壓力。絕緣膠墊應平展放置，以使千分尺測量之間是平滑的。  

  

    

  　　絕緣膠墊是具有較大體積電阻率和耐電擊穿的膠墊，必須符合國家規定才可以安心使用，常見的絕緣膠墊規格：
