  　　1、首先確定基層的質量、表面是否有污漬、開裂、含水率狀況等。  

  　　2、檢查墻面的平整度和光滑度，處理墻壁至清潔、光滑、無無粘附顆粒物，要求符合平整度要求≤2mm。  

  　　3、上膩子，采用氟碳漆專用抗裂膩子，按說明調配，充分拌勻，不能超過4小時后使用;用鋁合金靠尺托刮膩子，先豎刮在橫刮，速度和用力要均衡;粘貼裝飾膠帶，按要求進行界格條的分割，界格分好后披膩子，然后逐遍將膠帶撕下;膩子一般批4遍左右，膩子層干燥后用用120目或150目的砂紙打磨，同時修直陽角和腰線。  

  　　4、底漆噴涂。在膩子拋光干燥后否符合要求的基礎上噴涂底漆，噴涂均勻，刮風和下雨天不宜施工;底漆噴涂一遍，如表面有批刮印痕或蜂眼現象，必須打磨至符合要求;底漆干燥后應做到顏色光澤均勻，涂膜表面光滑，無粉塵等污漬。  

  　　5、噴涂面漆。按說明比例配好面漆，調配后的氟碳漆必須采用200目紗網進行過濾，過濾后不斷攪拌以免沉淀;考慮施工面積、施工人數、面積分配等問題，一般安排多名人員同時施工，在保證不流掛的前提下，盡可能的噴厚一些。  

  　　6、做好防護工作，施工人員要帶防毒面罩和手套，對落水管風進行保護。做到無流掛、明暗不均、發花等現象，應該手感細膩有光澤，最后清理現場。  

  　　氟碳漆施工注意事項  

  　　(1)施工溫度0-35℃，基面溫度最好不低于5℃。  

  　　(2)材料貯存要注意防潮、防水、防太陽直射。  

  　　(3)光澤一致，不允許流掛、漏涂。  

  　　(4)嚴格按比例配制，每次配料量不宜過多，以免長時間靜置，導致固化。  

  　　(5)一定要使用專用專配套輔料，嚴禁用水、香蕉水、醇、汽油等。  

  　　(6)在濕度85%以下，溫度0-35℃為宜，切勿在以下條件下施工：雨、雪、霧、霜、大風，或相對濕度85%以上。  

  　　(7安全措施及預防方法：保證良好通風，佩戴防護用具，防止沾污皮膚、眼睛。如有漆料濺入眼睛，請立即用清水沖洗并及時就醫。施工環境嚴禁煙火。  

  　　(8)常溫下涂裝后的漆膜7d左右方可完全固化，建議不要提前使用。
