           為了將植物更加美觀地呈現在陽臺上，一般陽臺園藝設計分成4種形式：  

       

  　　(1)垂掛式  

       

  　　即在陽臺外圍欄桿上掛上幾個小的鐵藝或是木質花架，種上具有垂感的植物，如蔦蘿松、矮牽牛等。

           陽臺園藝景觀可以按照植物不同生長環境條件，進行科學合理的景物搭配，使陽臺能保持常青的狀態。  

       

  　　(1)不同方位  

       

  　　朝東或西：東邊的日照時間長，西邊的夏天比較曬，所以建議種植一些長得茂密的植物，能幫助居室遮蔭同時也不會將光線全部遮擋。適合種植一些藤蔓植物或耐高溫植物，如爬山虎、凌霄、紫藤、紫薇、仙人掌、雞冠花、大麗花等。  

       

  　　朝南：很多居室的朝向都在南邊，這個方位日照比較長，適合種植喜陽的花草，比如月季花、太陽花、千日紅、三角梅、長春花、矮牽牛、菊花、向日葵、水仙、仙客來等。  

       

  　　朝北：這個方位的陽臺陽光并不是那么充足，適合種植耐陰的植物。比如吊蘭、玉簪、美國薄荷、紫羅蘭、風鈴草、落新婦、香蜂草等花草。  

       

  　　(2)不同季節  

       

  　　春季：西紅柿、三角梅、朝天椒、君子蘭、絲瓜、杜鵑花  

       

  　　夏季：西瓜、月季、黃瓜、朱槿、空心菜、石榴  

       

  　　秋季：香菜、桂花、胡蘿卜、菊花、菠菜、千日紅  

       

  　　冬季：菜心、一品紅、生菜、龜背竹、芹菜、山茶花  

       

  　　在陽臺上種植一些時蔬和當季的花朵，既起到很好的觀賞性作用又能得到收獲的滿足，讓生活變得美好而又充實。  

  

    

           業主在進行陽臺園藝改造時，也要注意一些使用過程中可能會出現的問題并且提前采取方案：  

       

  　　(1)  驅除蚊蟲  

       

  　　花花草草和蔬果非常容易招引蚊蟲，為了不讓這些小生物影響到居室的生活，可以種植一些防蚊蟲的花草，比如薰衣草、薄荷、迷迭香、驅蚊草、夜來香等散發獨特香味的植物都能起到防蚊蟲的作用，這個辦法自然又環保。如果這樣還沒辦法達到明顯效果的話，還可以在陽臺上安裝一個滅蚊燈。  

       

  　　另外，我們應該在平時要處理好陽臺的積水問題，因為蚊蟲喜歡在潮濕的地方產卵繁殖。  

       

  　　(2)確保陽臺功能使用  

       

  　　我們對陽臺園藝改造樂此不疲之時，不能忘了陽臺的其它功能，比如晾曬衣物、存儲物品等。在確保陽臺的基本功能便于使用的情況下，再對陽臺進行改造。  

       

  　　如果業主只是將陽臺打造成一個花園的話，也還可以考慮到花園的其它實用功能，比如可以在花園做個休息區，種植的花草不宜離休息桌椅太近。  

  

    

  　　三棵樹油漆選購要點如下：  

       

  　　1.盡量到重信譽的正規市場或專賣店購買，從近幾年市場質量技監局監督抽查結果來看，這些企業銷售的內墻涂料抽樣合格率較高。  

       

  　　2.選購時認清廠名、廠址、產品標準號、生產日期、有效期及產品使用說明書等。最好選購通過ISD14001和SO9001體系認證企業的產品。  

       

  　　3.購買符合《GB18582室內裝飾裝修材料內墻中有害物質限量》標準和獲得環境認證標志的產品。此外，最好不要購買添加了香精的涂料。  

       

  　　4.選購時要注意觀察商品包裝容器是否有破損和膨脹現象，購買時可搖晃一下，如果有膠結現象則不能購買。、  

       

  　　5.通常多數涂料不能當場開罐檢查內在的質量，所以購買時一定要索取購買的發票等有效憑證和施工說明書。  

       

  　　6.使用前先開罐檢查涂料是否有分層、沉底結塊和膠結現象。用棍輕輕攪動，涂料在抬起的棍上停留時間較長、覆蓋均勻，則質量較好;用手輕捻，感覺細膩，干后用清水很難洗掉的為好。  

  

    

  　　第一、在搬運過程應小心輕放，注意不要碰撞到硬物，。  

       

  　　第二、放置鐵藝護欄的地面應平整，安裝應牢固，以免日后導致變形，影響其使用壽命。  

       

  　　第三、要定期除塵，最好使用較軟的棉質布進行擦拭，使鐵藝的保護膜不受損。  

       

  　　第四、應注意防潮。如果在大霧天氣或下雨天，應在過后使用干棉布擦干欄桿上的水珠。  

       

  　　第五、遠離酸堿，鐵藝護欄如果沾上酸堿物品，必須立刻用清水沖凈，再用干棉布擦拭干凈。  

       

  　　第六、消除銹跡，鐵藝護欄生銹，如果銹跡較小，可以用棉紗沾點機油涂于銹跡處，過后用干布擦拭即可。如果銹跡范圍較大，則應該請專業的技術人員進行處理。  

  

    

  　　由于蠶絲的特性，在加上人們對蠶絲被的晾曬眾說紛紜，很多消費者都比較迷茫，到底能不能曬的問題。其實蠶絲被是可以曬的，如果一直不曬，會有異味和濕氣，導致全棉的層套發霉，甚至是讓蠶絲結塊，但是在曬的時候需要注意以下幾點：  

       

  　　1、新做的蠶絲被會散發出一股蠶蛹的味道，只需將它放在通風的地方2天就可以了。切不可長期暴露在強光下，一般控制在2個小時，既殺菌又增加保暖性，如果時間太長，會破壞蠶絲，導致變質斷裂。  

       

  　　2、蠶絲被的晾曬環境要求為陽光稍微弱一點、通風良好的條件，不僅可以接受充足的光照，而且不會破壞被芯。  

       

  　　3、蠶絲被的晾曬時間是有規律的，通常每1個月曬1～3次（干燥天曬1次，潮濕天曬2～3天），每次曬2～3小時，一般2小時就夠了，正反兩面都要曬到。時間一般選在上午10或下午3點前后，該段時間陽光不會太強。  

       

  　　4、蠶絲被每次曬好后最好用手輕輕拍打一下，以恢復蓬松感和保暖度，增加被子的使用年限。  

  

    

安裝注意事項：

    

　　由于泥砂漿及石灰的腐蝕性，安裝及裝修期敬請注意勿讓水泥漿附著在不銹板面上，如不小心濺上，請及時用清水沖洗。

    

單門的安裝及校正：

    

　　1、所需工具及材料：沖擊鉆、鐵錘、鋼絲鉗、鉛垂、水平尺、膨脹螺栓M10×100、木片或硬紙片。

    

　　2、測量門洞尺寸是否與門框相符，如果門洞尺寸偏大或者偏小，則應修整以能適應為準。

    

　　3、把不銹鋼門扇取下，將門框放入門洞，用水平尺、鉛錘等工具檢查門框是否擺正放平，必要時加墊木片或硬紙片，在門框安裝孔中套畫孔位置記號，然后取下門框。

    

　　4、用沖擊鉆在已做記號的墻上鉆孔，鉆孔時一定要平正，如有歪斜會直接影響裝門。

    

　　5、將框放入門洞，裝膨脹螺栓，先預緊固中間螺栓，確定平正后再固定其余螺栓。

    

　　6、把門扇套上門框，檢查開關是否靈活，門鎖位置是否準確，若有異?？勺鬟M一步調整。

    

　　7、確認無其它問題后，將全部膨脹螺栓緊固，如有條件可將螺母與螺栓焊牢。

    

一框兩門的安裝及校正：

    

　　1、所需工具及材料：沖擊鉆、鐵錘、鋼絲鉗、鉛垂、水平尺、水泥釘M10×80或膨脹螺栓M10×100、木片或硬紙片。

    

　　2、把不銹鋼門扇取下，將門框放入門洞，用水平尺、鉛錘等工具檢查門框是否擺正放平，若不平正，用木片墊平整。

    

　　3、先以內門鉸一側作基準邊，把門框加強筋上的安裝片旋轉至與門框垂直，然后將安裝片折彎用水泥釘或膨脹螺栓固定在墻上。

    

　　4、將內不銹鋼門門扇套上門框，鎖上鎖，在確保平正的情況下，相繼把內門安裝片固定在墻上。

    

　　5、用同樣的方法將柵欄門套上門框，固定好安裝片。

    

　　6、檢查內門、柵欄門開關是否靈活，若有異?？扇酒M一步調整。

    

　　7、在門框與墻之間縫隙處塞木片，使門框較為穩定，然后往門框內灌注水泥砂漿，待水泥砂漿凝固干燥后把門縫外木片取出方可使用門的功能。但在24小時內，應盡量減少開關門次數及力度。
