  　　消費者在挑選地熱地板時，可以將地板從3mm處刨開，其斷面呈純正的黃白色、即木頭的本性，而且用肉眼就可以看出質地很細致、緊密，即木材密度很高。要知道，木材的密度越高，其穩定性能越好，適應環境的能力也就越強，所以消費者選擇的地熱地板一定要具有很好的熱穩定性能。  

  　　地熱地板檢驗檢驗方法二、耐水實驗  

  　　地板的耐水能力越強，則濕脹干縮的水平就會越小，在地熱環境中其拔縫、起拱的現象就越少。將所挑選的地熱地板從6mm處刨開，外表上滴一滴水，水珠像滴在蠟上一樣，堅持著晶瑩剔透的圓球型，其地板吸水率越低，地板變形水平會很小，這就為優質的地熱地板。

  　　取兩盆30度左右的熱水，代表著地熱或夏天的溫度，將挑選的并且需要對比的地板的鋸末分別放在兩盆熱水里，發出的一種純正的氣味，有一股淡淡的木香的地板則證明其環保性能優良，而發出一股刺鼻的味道，一股甲醛味撲鼻而來則表明其環保性能不達標。  

  　　地熱地板檢驗檢驗方法四、耐刮擦考驗  

  　　在地熱地板的外表上的劃痕很輕，則表明外表耐磨性強的地板，地板外表臨時會保持光亮柔韌，不像劣質地板會出現劃痕等問題。  

  　　對于普通消費者來說，不需要太多專業測量工具，通過上述四種很簡單的方法，就可以將地板的優劣劃分出等級來，尤其是在地熱地板行業還沒有統一出臺管理方針之前，整個市場是比較混亂的。  

  　　地熱地板由于其功能的特殊性和地熱系統的復雜性，和普通地板相比，地熱地板的維護和保養有其獨特之處，在加溫和保濕方面要特別注意。  

  　　一、安裝時地板保溫要注意  

  　　在使用地熱地板時，消費者一定要注意慢慢地給地坪和地板加熱。在安裝前，要對水泥地面逐漸升溫，每天增加5℃，直至達到18℃左右的標準為止。在安裝完成后的頭3天內，要繼續保持這一溫度，3天之后才可根據需要升溫，并且每天只能升溫5℃。  

  　　二、注意加溫要循序漸進  

  　　第一次使用地熱采暖，注意應緩慢升溫。首次使用時，供暖開始的前三天要逐漸升溫：第一天水溫18℃，第二天25℃，第三天30℃，第四天才可升至正常溫度，即水溫45℃，地表溫度28℃~30℃。不能升溫太快，太快的話，地板可能會因膨脹發生開裂扭曲現象。另外，長時間后再次啟用地熱采暖系統時，也要像第一次使用那樣，嚴格按加熱程序升溫。  

  　　三、地表溫度不能太高  

  　　要注意的是，使用地熱地板時，地表溫度不應超過28℃，水管溫度不能超過45℃，如果超過這個溫度的話，會影響地熱地板的使用壽命和使用周期。一般的家庭，冬季室溫達到22℃左右，就已經很舒服了，正常升溫的話，是不會影響地熱地板的使用的。  

  　　一、安裝前地面處理要細致  

  　　地面在以兩米為半徑的范圍內必須水平，高低差不得超過3mm。地面要完全干燥，鋪設地熱地板之前，必須進行地熱加溫試驗，進水溫度至少達50℃，以確保采暖系統運行正常。并要保溫24小時以上，使地面干透，確保含水率符合標準。  

  　　二、安裝工藝細節有講究  

  　　最好采用懸浮式安裝方式，地熱地板通過墊層材料緊貼地面，地板和地表之間不存有縫隙，而地板之間要預留更大收縮縫隙。由于水熱輻射采暖釋放的潮氣量大，因此防潮要下功夫。  

  　　一、龍骨布置與彈線  

  　　1、彈線：確定標高控制線和龍骨布置線，如果吊頂有標高變化時，應將變截面部分的相應位置確定，接著沿標高線固定角鋁。  

  　　2、確定龍骨位置線：根據鋁塑板的尺寸規格及吊頂的面積尺寸來安排吊頂骨架的結構尺寸，要求板塊組合的圖案要完整，四周留邊時，留邊的尺寸要均勻或對稱，將安排好的龍骨架位置線畫在標高線的上邊。  

  　　3、安裝與調平龍骨：根據縱橫標高控制線，從一端開始，邊安裝邊調平，然后再統一精調一次。  

  　　4、鋼、鋁龍骨安裝：采用鋁龍骨安裝時，先將鋁龍骨按翻樣圖尺寸及位置固定于樓板上，必須安裝牢固，表面平整，尺寸準確。對于采用鋼龍骨安裝的部分，為防止發生電化學腐蝕可，要進行防腐處理或加墊片。  

  　　二、塊板安裝  

  鋁塑板與另一張鋁塑板或其它材料，通過鉚釘、螺栓、螺釘、釘子等連接起來。但是因為鋁塑板表面為鋁，所以當與不同的金屬材料連接在一起時，會產生電化學腐蝕，須使用鋁或不銹鋼鉚螺栓等來進行板或板與其它金屬材料之間的連接。  

  　　鋁塑板與龍骨架的安裝，主要有吊鉤懸掛式或自攻螺絲固定，也可采用鋼絲扎結，安裝時按彈好的板塊安排布置線，從一個方向開始依次安裝，并注意吊鉤先與龍骨固定，再鉤住板塊側邊的小孔。鋁塑板在安裝時應輕拿輕放。保護板面不受碰撞或刮傷。用M5  自攻螺釘固定時，先用手電鉆打出直徑為4.2mm  孔位后再上螺釘。  

  　　在連接處裝入襯墊材料。再在上面打密封膠，最后再揭掉板的保護膜。注膠前，一定要清潔劑將金屬板及鋁合金(型鋼)框表面清潔干凈，清潔后的材料須在一小時內密封，否則重新清洗。密封膠須注滿，不能有空隙或氣泡。清潔用擦布須及時更換以保持干凈。應遵守標簽上的說明使用溶劑，且在使用溶劑時嚴禁煙火。注密封膠時，應用膠紙保護膠縫兩側的材料，使之不受污染。  

  　　三、端部處理  

  　　當鋁塑板四周靠墻邊緣部分不符合方板的模數時，在取得設計人員和監理的批準后，可不采用以方板和靠墻板收邊的方法，而改用條板或紙面石膏板等作吊頂處理。
